Pawan Kumar’s story started with something simple: The realization that construction shouldn’t be this hard or confusing. During his civil engineering studies, he kept seeing the same problems pop up—lack of transparency, poor planning, frustrated clients—and it bothered him. So he did something about it. He founded CIV ARCH Design Studio because he genuinely believed things could be different. His goal is To make construction honest, reliable, and actually straightforward. He’s not just building structures; he’s building trust, quality, and smart solutions—one project at a time. In his own words:
