The referral will be eligible only if: • The referee is not already present in the CIV ARCH database. • The referee successfully starts a project within 6 months of referral submission.
When will I receive my referral payout?
You will receive the payout once the referee’s project has officially started. The finance team will reach out to you within 7 days of project final handover to process the payment.
How much commission do I earn per successful referral?
The referral commission is based on the project value: • 1st referral: 1 % of the project value. • 2nd referral: 1.25% of the project value. • 3rd referral onwards: 1.5% of the project value.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
No, a client can refer unlimited referrals, there is limit.
How can I track the status of my referrals?
The status will be updated as the referral progresses through different stages. Via Whatsapp and Through Portal.
